Focus: A foundational look at traditional regimens (e.g. Ponticelli, steroids, cyclophosphamide).

Key Takeaway: Explain the risk/benefit ratio of non-targeted therapies and identify appropriate supportive therapies.

Learning Objectives: 

  1. Describe traditional treatments available for GN (i.e. Ponticelli regimen, steroid treatment, symptom management, cyclophosphamide/CNI) including their limitations and side effect profiles

  2. Using a patient case, choose the appropriate therapy for the patient’s clinical presentation
